Secrets of branding and reputation for individual and business

Do you know that everyone has gotten an identity whether positive or negative?

For Example, A fashion designer primary duty is to make clothes for his/her customer, the sum total of activities put into making a dress and delivering to the customer builds a reputation for the fashion designer.

The quality of effort put into making a dress to meet a  customer request could result in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction which could increase sales if the customer is satisfied through referrals and sharing of a success story but could also decrease sales if the customer is dissatisfied.

A reputation is built from the accumulation of reviews earned from performance usually as a result of customer experience. although a functional feedback system could help reduce the negative effect of customer dissatisfaction.

Branding relates to what an entity claims to be it individual, business or organisation and not what it necessarily earn. Closing the gap between what an entity claims(brand) and what it earns (reputation) are the best way to build a reputable  brand

it is the duty of every entity( individual or organisation) to ensure that the information available to the public online and through other traditional outlet is accurate, up-to-date and an authentic representation of itself.
